Every school is unique, we ensure that our client’s requirements are fully understood from the outset, in doing this it enables our consultants to source the right candidates. Each school is assigned a dedicated consultant who will offer assistance and support throughout the recruitment process.

All our teachers are subject to a comprehensive vetting process that ensures they meet both Department
for Education (DfE) and Quality Mark standards before being considered for any role in an
Renovo Education partner school.

We operate a strict compliance policy which requires that teachers provide documentary
evidence of their qualifications and permission to work in the UK, as well as
a current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, before they
begin working in any of our schools.
