1a. The person who has referred a new teacher will receive £100 once they have worked 10 full days on contract and an additional £200 once they have worked an additional 30 full days with Renovo Education on a contractual basis. If they are appointed on a permanent contract the person who has referred a new teacher will receive £300 6 working weeks after their official start date.
1b. The person who has referred a new member of support staff will receive £50 once they have worked 10 full days on contract and an additional £100 once they have worked an additional 30 full days with Renovo Education on a contractual basis. If they are appointed on a permanent contract the person who has referred a new member of support staff will receive £150 6 working weeks after their official start date.
2. A ‘referral’ is classed as a candidate who is not currently known by Renovo Education, i.e. has previously worked or registered with us.
3. All payments are subject to tax and NI deductions according to UK law. Where relevant, you are responsible for declaring all your taxable income to HMRC.
